Hello, I’m Michelle — a children’s writer, watercolor artist, and the creative behind Michelle Liliane Creative Publishing.

My creative journey began in the most meaningful way: with a story for my grandson. What started as a simple rhyming tale written from the heart soon grew into a beautifully illustrated children’s book. That first project reminded me of the magic found in storytelling — and opened the door to a new creative chapter centered on childhood imagination and gentle storytelling.

 

Art has always been part of my life, but watercolor has become my favorite medium for bringing stories and ideas to life. I’m drawn to soft color palettes, playful details, and illustrations that feel warm, timeless, and storybook-inspired. Through my artwork, I create prints designed especially for children’s spaces — nurseries, playrooms, and cozy reading corners.

Travel is another source of inspiration for me. I love capturing the colors, textures, and quiet moments of the places I visit, often weaving those influences into my illustrations and future watercolor collections.
